By shopping with, you will agree on the following shopping policies:

La Vie Furniture covers Limited Manufacture and Repair Warranty for all products except Floor Models and Clear-out products which were sold on As-Is status. Warranty will be applied for home furniture, not for commercial uses. For leather products, La Vie Furniture provides a Limited Repair Warranty for one year. Leather is a natural product, and, as such, each hide will reflect its own individuality. Some variations of shade and tone are to be expected as are the nicks, scratches, and wrinkles that only occur in genuine leather; these characteristics are in no way to be considered a defect.

La Vie Furniture will be responsible for only manufacturing defeats and possible shipping damages. La Vie holds the right to determine whether or not it is manufactured defeats. All damages must be reported to La Vie within 24 hours after delivery or pick up. All customized item sales are final, with no refund and return. For regular merchandise return or exchange, La Vie will charge a 20% re-stocking fee and any other shipping cost. All return or exchange must be in the original package and in re-sellable condition. If the customer pays the delivery charge on the original Sales Contract, in case of service La Vie will not charge for delivery. If the customer doesn’t pay for the delivery or decides to pick it up by himself or herself, La Vie will charge for delivery service in case of service.

It is the customer’s sole responsibility to measure the furniture and make sure that it will fit his/ her intended space.

All customized order is final. Sofa customization will take normally 4 to 8 weeks but this time frame is an estimate. La Vie Furniture will not be responsible for any delay due to Custom Hold, Weather Problem, Peak Season, and other Unmanageable factors.
